Designed by ISHTA Yogiraj Mona Anand, this class includes a balanced ISHTA asana practice followed by a 10–15 minute yoga nidra. Yoga nidra helps you access deep relaxation while exploring an expanded state of awareness. It’s the perfect blend of movement and rest to rejuvenate your body and mind.

This deeply relaxing practice uses bolsters, pillows, and gentle poses to release tension from stressed muscles and joints. By calming the nervous system and stilling the mind, it creates space for complete rest and rejuvenation. Perfect for anyone seeking peace, balance, and a sense of ease in both body and mind.

This class begins with a flowing ISHTA practice to awaken your body and connect with your breath. It transitions into restorative poses designed to release tension from muscles and joints, helping to quiet your mind. Like all of Mona’s classes, it will end with a Yoga Nidra meditation in savasana. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and ready to embrace the rest of your day.
